As much as we wish we could cover everything, some items are not covered. You may also refer to our listing below; however, restricted or prohibited items change over time, and the list shared with you may not be accurate at times. The user is responsible for reading our terms and conditions or seeking clarification by contacting us directly at support@tracking.my to ensure the item is safe and acceptable for shipment. The user is responsible for declaring their item clearly and correctly.
Alcohol / Hard Liquor
Red wine, white wine, whisky, brandy and beer
Artwork / Historical Artefacts / Religious Items
Antiques, manuscripts, drawings, paintings, works of art, religious pendants, religious paintings, religious statues and any artistic or religious items where the market value is not justifiable.
Chip
Microchip, silicon chip, microprocessor, and integrated circuit that contains data. Data loss is excluded.
Commercial products
Mannequin and scale model
Explosive / Inflammable
All kinds of explosives, inflammable properties, matches, firecrackers, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes and the like.
Luxury items
Gold or items made therefrom, silver, cash, note of currency, jewellery, precious stones, bullion and silverware.
Plants
All kinds of livestock, plants and flowers
Valuable Papers
All kinds of valuable paper inclusive of and not limited to passport, accounts, bills, currency deeds, evidence of debts, letter of credit, securities and tender documents.

Car Accessories
Car window, car skirting, car windscreen, car bumper, car mirror, car bonnet and car rim.
Furnitures / Home Appliances
Television, washer / dish washer, lighting and lamp, washing machine and drying machine.
Food
Canned food, standard commercial packaging powder, frozen food and bird nest.
Glass / Fragile Items
Glass, tempered glass, fragile items, photo frames and acrylic, perfumes and items packed in glass container or bottle.
Hamper & Gift
Any hamper & gift with specific packaging that is not delivered in the standard courier & express box packaging.
Kitchen Products
Granite top, cup, melamine ware, tea set, kitchen hood, oven and fridge.
Musical Instruments
Cello, clarinet, drum, electronic guitar, guitar, piano, saxophone, trumpet, violin, etc.
STEP 1
Submit a claim in here within 7 business days from the date of:- You receive a damaged parcel, or
- You did not receive your delivered parcel, or
- You receive an official notification that your parcel has been lost or damaged
STEP 2
Submit your claim with the following required documents:- Picture of consignment note / waybill
- A picture of parcel outlook before shipping
- A picture of the item inside of the parcel before shipping
- A picture of the item packed with a protective layer inside of the parcel before shipping
- Police report (for lost parcel)
- Item repair quotation / bill (for partially damaged items)
- Picture of parcel after shipping (for total or partially damaged item)
STEP 3
The claim review and processing shall take fourteen (14) working days upon completely receiving all the required documents.STEP 4

A cover note will be provided once your payment has been made and declaration has been approved.
Tracking.my parcel coverage starts when your parcel is picked up and ends when the recipient receives the parcel. A claim can be submitted within seven (7) business days of the incident.
An excluded item is not entitled to coverage. Senders shall not purchase insurance for items exempt from or not eligible for coverage. In the event of an accidental purchase of insurance due to the sender's mistake or misunderstanding, such a purchase will not be refunded, covered, or entertained.
Once the claim has been approved and the claim subrogation report has been signed off, the claim disbursement will be paid within fourteen (14) working days.
Yes, if your parcel is lost. We do not need the police report if your parcel is damaged.
